Inflatable dunnage bags, or “cargo Air bags”, help to stabilize and secure cargo in trucks, intermodal containers, railcars, and ocean-going vessels. They act as void fill between pallets and crates, serving the same function in trucks and cargo containers that air pillows and crumbled paper serve in carton shipping. Dunnage bags can reduce damage to cargo in transport by as much as 25%.
